Wholesale
The wholesale shirts are available two ways, by purchasing a reprint license from Darkmountain and then handling the printing yourself, or by buying the finished shirts directly.

Depending on the quality and number of colors the wholesale price runs between $6-$10 per shirt. You may be able to find a printer in your town who will go cheaper, but obviously you have to be careful. If you find an inexpensive printer buying a license may be the best way to go. The retail price is of course determined by you, but it is not uncommon to see prices anywhere from $10-$20 per item.

How does the licensing work?

You get the right to reproduce the Darkmountain designs and sell them as your own (or if you prefer to use the name Darkmountain, that's fine too). I can help you find a decent screen printer in your area and give you advice, or handle the technical details on your behalf. I supply screen printing ready digital files, you print as many as you can in a year, and charge whatever you want. (you could sell my shirts on ebay or your own web site for example). You could also put your store logo or band name on the back!

This is a nice solution, because you could find a local printer to do small runs, and you choose the shirts and control the quality. The license is $500 per design per year (up to 2,000 printings) OR purchase the shirts wholesale from Darkmountain and pay no up front licensing fee.
